We’re using a blended approach of virtual and in-person training sessions featuring mentorship, personal development, entrepreneurial training and immersion into STEM fields.

We’re preparing students to pursue promising careers and also stimulating them to innovate.

The foundation is also building the Robert Randolph Community Innovation Center.

We are currently renovating the entire third floor of 491 Orange St., Newark, NJ 07107 where we will host our CRE8 Your Future Youth Academy and other collaborative community programming. The building is conveniently located within the community demographic we serve. The center in its final phase will serve as a gathering place for innovators and educators working together to educate and empower future leaders.

Our first phase will require renovation costs plus tech powered supplies to help students explore tech careers.
